Prosense Technology was commissioned to introduce, install and configure Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Access Management at Wesbank.

 

Business systems onboarded into the Identity Management domain included critical internal systems such as ERP, user directories and email systems, as well as line of business systems and 3rd party applications. Integration was achieved through the configuration of various adapters available in the Oracle Identity Governance suite.

A Biometric Identity and Access Management solution was implemented to better enable SASSA to fulfill its mandate of paying social grants by controlling access and eliminating fraud.  The Biometric Identity and Access Management solution is used to manage SASSA system users’ identities and access, providing non-repudiation capabilities. The solution also provided SASSA with the capability to biometrically verify and assure the identities of social grant beneficiaries, using the same infrastructure.

Prosense Technology provided ABSA Financial Services (AFS) with a Broker and Call Centre portal to manage new-business, servicing, renewal and claims processes. 

 

The program was delivered on an open service-oriented platform, designed to enable reuse existing business logic and achieve business agility.

The program made use of a wide range of Oracle Fusion Middleware tools to achieve its goals, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle WebCenter Portal.

Prosense Technology assisted in the architecture, design and implementation of Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIAM).

 

This solution was key to satisfying certain detailed technical and non-technical requirements that the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)  had set.

 

The project culminated in a successful new insurance product launch and put the client in a position where their security and compliance risks were well managed.

The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) replaced their legacy middleware systems with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Access Management (OAM).

 

Both Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Access Manager were upgraded to the latest version putting the Reserve Bank amongst companies that benefit from the best of breed functionalities offered by these products.

Single Sign-On (SSO) was also implemented, providing enhanced security and productivity.

To enable its digitisation strategy, VIB launched a program to promote business process innovation and automation by introducing a Business Process Management platform. 

 

 Prosense delivery included the implementation of a tablet-based mobile sales enablement platform for bank branch sales personnel, as well as the implementation of a full loans and credit management solution, based on the following components in the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack: Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) Suite.

Equity Bank set out on a path for Digitization and Transformation.  As part of their vision, they needed an agile, service-based platform to enable the rapid implementation of various line of business systems, including mobile banking and corporate banking processes.

 

Prosense successfully implemented a service platform and also applied this platform to help deliver key projects in Equity Bank's digitisation program, based on the following components in the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack: Oracle API Gateway, Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) Suite.

The University of Pretoria embarked on a complete Identity and Access Management (IAM) project for their staff and students, as a part of their systems renewal program.

Directory and Username Consolidation was essential for the success of the project.

System improvements were realized in the form of password self-service, workflow and automated business rule-based provisioning and de-provisioning across internal and external applications as well as system-level logging for audit requirements.

Prosense conducted a security and audit scan on the Oracle eBusiness Suite (ERP) Database to enable WITS to improve security controls and configurations of the database environment and also assist in audit planning.

 

Database user configurations and privileged users were assessed as part of the review after which a report was presented to the WITS Information Technology and Security teams, with the findings from the scan and our suggested remediation actions.

The Finance, Risk and Capital Management (FinRisC) team engaged with Prosense Technology to assist them with their global PaaS implementation as well as to architect their Oracle Fusion Applications environment and supporting Oracle Middleware.

 

Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIAM) was implemented as a key component enabling their Oracle Fusion Application solutions.

Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) embarked on a systems renewal project that included the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS).

Prosense Technology implemented Oracle Access Management (OAM), as well as Single Sign-on as key components of the solution to streamline the process of sign-on for the business users.

Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) uses numerous information systems from ERP, Business Intelligence to Financial analysis applications, as part of their day-to-day business operations.

Prosense engaged with CBN to perform a comprehensive Business Process Modeling exercise to assist CBN in their strategic drive to optimise their efficiencies. 

Prosense was also engaged to deliver a service based platform to facilitate the key integration processes between the bank's core banking and ERP systems, using Oracle SOA Suite.
